Candidates who pursued Masters in Chemistry are eligible to appear in CSIR NET exam or the post of Assistant Professor. You should also check this:
M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS with at
least 55% marks for General (your) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with
Disability (PWD) candidates.

Previously till July 2018, the National Eligibility Test was conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. July 2018 Exam was conducted offline by CBSE. But in Dec 2018, the test was conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). This was the first time when the UGC NET was fully Computer Based Test (CBT). The upcoming UGC NET Exam will be conducted in July 2019. The exam pattern will be the same as per the previous one. So, it will be conducted in online mode only. Important Note- UGC NET Exam Syllabus is revised for all the subjects. Candidates are advised to download the updated UGC NET Syllabus from the official website. I

Yes, you will get an e-certificate after qualifying the UGC NET exam. The UGC NET exam is held for more than 90 subjects for the selection of candidates for assistant professor posts and JRF in research. You can check official website to know how to download procedure of the certificate. After qualifying the UGC NET exam you will be exempted from any written exam for the selection and will be selected based on the personal interview. Hope it will help you. All the best.

To appear in CSIR UGC NET Exam Candidates must have a degree in B.Pharma or BE or B.Tech or M.Sc. Or MBBS or Integrated BS-MS or any other Science degree with at least 55% marks. If you fulfill all the above-mentioned criteria then you can apply for the CSIR NET Exam.
The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research will conduct the CSIR UGC NET 2019 Exam in July. Be prepared for it.

The UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are one of the prestigious exam having national importance in itself. The UGC NET Exam does not guarantee you a job but you got a lot of options and opportunity to make a career in different field. After qualifying the NET exam, you need to get the E-certificate and check for the vacancies in the interested institutes. The candidates can choose one of the following option after qualifying the NET exam:
Become a lecturer in university and colleges. Get scholarship or stipend (JRF)
Become a junior scientist, research associate
get a job in PSUs
become a lab assistant
Apply for Administrator or counsel

Yes, you are eligible for NET exam. The UGC NET Exam is held for the selection of candidates for assistant professor posts in the university and colleges and for junior research fellowship and to pursue the Ph.D. The candidates need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for the exam as follows:

NET exam is mandatory to become assistant professor in college level. Some universities/institutes hire MBA graduates with industry experience for teaching. But In National level for Government colleges clearing NET exam is mandatory. You have another option pursue Mphil/Ph.D in any reputed university. You can get fair chances for teaching. The UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held to determine the eligibility for assistant professor posts in university & colleges. The major difference between UGC NET and CSIR NET is that CSIR NET exam is held for Science stream candidates while UGC NET exam is held for other stream candidates. The minimum eligibility to apply for the UGC NET Exam is that you must have post-graduation degree with more than 55% marks from recognized university. Yes, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the exam. The CSIR NET exam is organized for the selection of candidates for assistant professor posts in the university or colleges. The candidates must have post-graduation degree with more than 55% marks from the recognized university. The graduate or final year candidates in post-graduation can also apply for the exam, however, they will get the certificate after completion of the course.
