Hi Ashish,
BTC is equal to Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and not B.El.Ed. Bachelors in Elementary Education is a integrated course of BA + B.Ed (4 years).

Hi Anjali, I assume you want to pursue a career in teaching. Complete your Bachelor degree (BA or B.Sc or B.Com) and enroll into a B.Ed program on completion of your graduation. You may opt for an M.Ed in future. To be eligible for B.Ed, you must have a minimum of 50% in your Bachelor's degree.
