Minimum 50% for general and 45% for reserved category are the minimum qualifying marks for admission into B.Ed, so this makes you eligible for the course. Still some colleges accept 50 % minimum so check for the eligibility before applying.

For junior college teacher i.e. to teach up to 10+2 you need to have a post graduate degree and M.Ed and for lecturer (the term lecturer is used only for those teaching at graduate level) you do not need to have B.Ed or M.Ed. Before M.Phil, you need to complete UGC NET to become a lecturer. M.Phil can be required to advance your career and become permanent with the organisation.

As UGC has granted one regular and one open/ distance, then logically should not have a problem.
