For B.Ed, become a graduate first. B.Sc in botany, zoology, mathematics, chemistry or any other science subject will help. After doing graduation in science, you will be eligible for B.Ed.

Hi, an M.Sc Medical with a B.Ed is a great combination. This will enable you to teach at the high school level. I think it is better to complete Ph.D after completing B.Sc and M.Sc because B.Tech enables technical knowledge rather than teachable and Ph.D provides research knowledge for you to teach the future generations.
Thank you.

No any distance, even most of the full time PG Diploma are not equivalent to a Masters degree, hence, you are not eligible to apply for any M.Phil program. You may pursue an MBA or a Masters program such as MA education and then you can pursue M Phil. Please note that you can pursue M.Phil only in the subject in which you hold a Masters degree.
