Don't lose hope. Yes, you can take admission in other universities but in this regard, state board and central board have two different kind of rules. In state board, they will deduct 5% of your HS marks. For central board, there is no deduction of marks but you have to qualify their minimum eligibility criteria and have to pass the entrance test to take admission.

I think you should go for physical education honours course in BA/UG level. Thereafter, you can go for MA.

There are two kind of lecturer in colleges-
1. Full time (permanent)
2. Part time
1. Permanent Lecturer Qualifications.-
1. B.A/B.SC
2. M.A/M.SC
3. NET/SLET
4. PhD (if you have already enrolled your name and continuing this course, you can apply)
5. College Service Commission Test
2. Part time
1. Can be done only after B.A/B.SC
2. Can apply any time while doing the courses which I have mention for permanent lecturer.

No you can not as you are in 1st year now. If you have completed your graduation, you can pursue both. One in regular mode and another one in distance mode is welcome but not two different courses are valid if done at the same time.

Yes, I think that you can do B.Ed in distance mode after doing D.El.Ed in regular but you can not do these two courses in same session like you have to pass D.El.Ed in 2012-14 and B.Ed in 2014-2016 session.
