Yes, both are same courses. Basically it is personal and labor law management. You can give exams if you are graduate in HRM. The field is same. The paper normally consists of labour law questions.

CSIR NET & UGC NET is the exam for the students who are willing to pursue your career further as a Junior Research Fellow or an Assistant Professor.
If you are a science student then you are eligible for CSIR NET Exam. UGC NET exam is for the students of other stream.
So yes, you can apply for CSIR NET exam.

It depends on what you want to pursue if teaching in school then B.Ed is compulsory if you want to go in research field ten B.Ed and PhD both are required along with a post-graduate degree.

No, it cannot be done together as B.Ed is a comprehensive programme which include internship and teaching along with study. Also projects work is there which covers wide syllabus.

In order to become a teacher it is a must to have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. Also, it must be from a recognized university.
The entrance exam will consist of questions from mathematics, general studies and reasoning. It will also test the candidates for their teaching skills.
