The general eligibility criteria is a Masters degree in any subject so you need to check on the website to see if your university or institute is listed in their application process or not.

In order to get admission for B.Ed course, you should be a graduate. You should take up graduation from a recognized institute with 50% marks. As part of selection process for B.Ed, you have to appear for a written examination. This exam will generally include questions from subject areas like reasoning, GK, language skills and comprehension, teaching aptitude etc. If you clear this exam, you can apply for B.Ed course in reputed colleges.

Hi,
CTET mean central teacher eligibility test. CTET organized by Central government for the Central Government school. TET mean Teacher Eligibility Test but TET is organized by State Government for Government sponsored school or some state government school.
To become a PGT government teacher you must have a B.Ed. After completing B.Ed. you will not get government job in schools because your B.Ed. will get completed when you give CTET (Teacher Eligibility Test).
