Yes, you are eligible to appear for the Government Teacher exam or Teacher Eligibility test (TET) after completing B.Ed from Sunrise University. Other TET eligibility criteria that a candidate needs to meet are mentioned below:
- Candidates should have passed class 12 or graduation with a minimum 45% marks from a recognised board
- Candidates should have completed Diploma in Education or Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or any teacher training programme
- Candidate should be of minimum 18 years
- No upper age limit

Yes why not, but in Nepal the degree must be recognised. All you have to do is apply in AIU ( Association of Indian University) for equivalence certificate one time process submit all the required documents along with some fees after verification you will get a equivalence certificate so that in future you don't have to bother while applying for studies or job purposes.

Yes, you can do B.Ed after BA Honors Political Science. As per eligibility criteria for B.Ed, any graduate with 50% general category & 45% for special category is required.
