No, until the CBSE formally announces a change, the CTET syllabus is unchanged every year. The Central Board of Secondary Education administers the CTET, a national eligibility exam (CBSE). Every year, the CTET exam is used to evaluate candidates for teaching positions in Central Government Schools, including KVS, NVS, and others.

There are two shifts for the APTET exam. Paper 1 is called upon in the morning shift, and Paper 2 is called upon in the evening shift. Students may also apply to present both papers together. If candidates prepare carefully, the APTET is a simple exam to take. For improved access, students can also view their APTET score card via digilocker. Paper 1 is for candidates who wish to teach in grades 1 through 5, and Paper 2 is for those who want to teach in classes 6 through 8. The Andhra Pradesh TET exam consists of two exams. The test is given using computer-based testing (CBT) and consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

Obtaining more than 60% on the CTET exam is considered a good score. Out of a total of 150 points, 90 are minimum qualifying marks for the General category and 82 are for Reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC. Those who achieve higher than the minimal qualifying marks are termed good scorers.

No, there is no exam following the Rajasthan Examination Eligibility Test (REET), which is held by the Rajasthan government to hire primary and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) school teachers. Candidates who pass the level 1 exam are hired as primary teachers (grades 1–5), while those who pass the level 2 exam are hired as upper primary teachers (grades 6–8) in Rajasthan's private or government institutions.
