The difficulty level of the OTET exam varries on multiple factors including level of preparation, understanding of the subjects and types of questions asked in the exam. Candidates need to cover the entire OTET syllabus to perform well in the exam. Clearing the OTET exam requires candidates to have an understanding of the latest exam pattern and syllabus, clarity of basics, strong conceptual knowledge, and the ability to solve questions within the allotted time.

Yes, you can apply for the TET exam while appearing in the 2nd year D.El.ED.

The eligibility criteria for CTET states that one can apply if he/she is appearing for the final year exam. Since, D.El.ED is two year course and you are appearing for the exams you can apply for CTET.

Here is fee structure for B.Ed at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (Nashik campus):

  1. B.Ed : INR 84,000
  2. B.Ed in Special Education: INR 28,000

Some important points are:

  1. Candidates who wants to take admission in the English Medium Colleges will have to appear for English Language Content Test (ELCT) also.
  2. There is no upper age limit for admission to MAH-B.Ed and age will be calculated as on 1st July 2024.

IPU does not offer B.Ed on campus, it offers through the affiliated colleges. The minimum cut-off rank for the latest round 3 is 53 and the maximum cut-off rank is 2600 for IPUCET.

The fee for the course is INR 1.92 Lakh, Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’ s Degree and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities OR Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent are eligible to apply.

Yes, B.Ed is compulsory for UP PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) recruitment.

The educational qualifications required for UP PGT are:

  • A Master's Degree (MA/MSc/MCom etc.) in the relevant subject from a recognised university with at least 50% marks.
  • Along with the Master's Degree, a B.Ed degree or an equivalent qualification like M.Ed is mandatory for applying to UP PGT positions.

No, there is no course at Ravenshaw University that for B.Ed for 2 year. This university only offers integrated courses like BA BEd, BSc BEd, etc. 

Here is the list of colleges offering B.Ed in Bhubneshwar:

  1. Utkal University
  2. Rama Devi Women’s University
  3. Institute of Engineering and Management Studies
  4. Odisha School of Management and Technology
  5. Institute of Technical and Professional Studies
