The KTET certificate is now valid forever. Ramesh Pokhariyal, Indian Education Minister has announced that the validity of the TET certificate is extended for a lifetime. Earlier the validity of the certificates was 5 years. Candidates qualifying for the KTET exam will be the first batch of candidates with a lifetime KTET certificate. They can apply for teacher recruitment in Kerala schools at any point in time till they fulfil the eligibility criteria fixed by the respective recruiting agency.

No, you cannot check the KTET Result offline. The exam authority does not publish the KTET result in offline mode. The candidates have to check the KTET result in online mode. The candidates have to visit the official website regularly after the KTET exam is concluded to know the latest information of the KTET result. After the release of the KTET results, the certificates will be released for the KTET.

Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) levels are as follows: 

I. Primary Level (Class I-V)

II. Upper Primary Level (Class IV-VIII)

Educational Qualification:

The Kerala teaching Eligibility Test (KTET) application fees varies according to the category of the candidate. The category wise application fee for the KTET exam are given below:

  • General/Unreserved: INR 500

The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan (KPB) released the notification for the KTET June 2025 session on July 2, 2025. The notification was released as a PDF that comprised the details fio the KTET exam like exam schedule, eligibility criteria, syllabus and more. No, the KTET result will not be prepared based on the provisional answer key. The provisional answer key is released by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan (KPB) to give candidates an opportunity to raise objections if they find any discrepancies in the answers. The provisional answer key is subject to change based on the objections raised by the candidates. After considering all the objections raised by the candidates, the KPB releases the final answer key.
