You still need a college degree (graduation) to get a B.Ed even if you have teaching experience and a D.Ed. Think of it like this:
- D.Ed is a shorter course that qualifies you to teach younger children (like in daycare or preschool).
- B.Ed is a longer programme with more teaching skills and knowledge, so you can teach in more schools (like middle or high school).

No, the IGNOU BEd entrance exam result is not prepared based on the preliminary answer keys. The results of the IGNOU BEd entrance exam is prepared on the basis of the final answer key which will be released after the objections raised by the students are taken into consideration.

No, the IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Test application process is online. Therefore, candidates are not required to submit any document or confirmation page through post/ fax/ by hand.

The IGNOU B.Ed course fee at IGNOU University is INR 55,000. Candidates are supposed to pay the programme fee only when admission to the B.Ed course is confirmed.

Hi, The IGNOU B.Ed Entrance Test Result 2024 is declared on the official website of the exam. The result is declared by the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

IGNOU BEd Entrance Test comprises 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 100 marks that candidates need to complete in two hours. Candidates are awarded one marks for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for an incorrect answer or a question left unanswered in the exam.

IGNOU B.Ed results usually a month after the exam. However in 2025, the IGNOU BEd results are declared on June 16, 2025 which is 3 months after the exam was conducted. In the year 2024 the IGNOU BEd entrance exam was conducted on January 7, 2024 and the results were declared on February 29, 2024. In the 2022-23 session the IGNOU B.Ed exam was held on January 7, 2023, and the result was declared on March 03, 2023.

No, qualifying the Haryana Teaching Eligibility Test (HTET) does not ensure job as a Government school teacher. HTET is only a eligibility exam that verifies that the candidates qualifying for the exam is eligible to teach in schools. To get recruited as a teacher in Haryana Government schools, the HTET qualified candidates have to appear for the teacher's recruitment exam conducted by the Haryana State Government.
