Each college follows their own admission process. However there is the generalized application process for the course
Each college has different helpdesk number .For ignou you may contact Centralised Student Registration Cell at 011-29571301or 011-29571528, for UP Bed contact 9258559253, 9258538874 and likewise.

Yes, you can get a B.Ed. Degree from the Regional Institute of Education after doing a B.Com. As per the eligibility criteria for RIE, you need to have a graduate degree to apply for admission. The RIE has not specified which Bachelor's degree you need, and you can apply for a B.Ed. Course with any Bachelor's degree. The admission process is conducted online based on your graduation score, so you need to have more than 50% in your degree.
