Yes, You can do B.Ed after completing B.Com

The course fees for B. Ed. Can't exactly be said here as the college does not have a website I guess. You can contact the college directly, the contact details of the college are given in the shiksha platform, which I think would be rather helpful for you and better of you to ask the fees of the program you have intended to enroll yourself in

It is difficult to guess the exact cutoff. The cut-off for general category is around 170, for SC it's 155+, for ST its 135+.

Yes, Singhania university B.Ed. Degree is valid as it is UGC approved university you can normally use your degree as per the requirement. It is valid everywhere you to use it. You can use your degree as valid for Madhya Pradesh government teaching jobs likes class 1, 2 and 3. Thank you.
