Eligibility criteria for OTET:
Students must be a citizen of India, and they must also be permanent residents or domiciles of Odisha. The min age limit to apply is of 21 years, and there is no upper age limit set for OTET Exam. Eligibility Criteria for Category-A (Paper 1)

Yes, if you have done M.Com in Business Administration then you can apply for UGC NET in Management. Therefore, you can check the Eligibility Criteria for UGC NET Exam below You must have received at least 55% in their master's degree exams to be considered.

Course fee is around 50 thousand and you have to pay it in maximum two instalments, half for 1 year and half for second year. Apart form this, you have to pay exam fee, revaluation fee, migration fee, and certificate fee separately.
