Yes, it is possible to do service as well as apply for your B.Ed course with subject to written permission from your head of the department. Also, you can apply for distant mode B.Ed without any permission from head of the department and still do your job.

No, You need to pass both the papers of the respective examination to be considered Pass. If you are unable to appear for the first paper, You can attempt both the papers in next attempt. However, passing single paper does not qualify you for the examination.

The eligibility criteria for applying for B.Ed course in Kurukshetra University is having a Bachelor's or master's degree in the respective field with at least 55% or equivalent grade from any recognised university in India. The residence and government. Job is completely irrelevant for the admission.

Hi,
You completed B.Com 20 years passed and your marks are too low just 45%. Consult Delhi University or Bangalore University if you want to do B.Ed. But it might be not useful as you are over age so can't get a Government job.
