Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT Administration.

Candidates with At least 50% marks in the Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.

No you can not apply for the B.Ed as for the B.Ed you have to complete the graduation.

First you have to complete graduation and then you can do B.Ed from the recognised college.
