If you are a Post graduate in Commerce, your most natural choice of subject for UGC NET (now NTA NET) should be Commerce. People with Commerce stream don't specialise in any particular subject. You could also appear for NET in Management. But this is usually preferred by students doing MBA
Another choice could be NET in Economics, but again this is done by students pursuing Post graduation in Economics. It serves you well in the long run if youd keep your subjects same throughout your career. Educational Qualification

According to the CTET syllabus, the following subject-wise books are recommended by experts:
1. Selective NCERT for subjects like social Science
2. Arihant Publication for Child Development and Pedagogy
3. You can refer to the Arihant Publication book for language papers like Hindi as well.
4. For English and Pedagogy section you can refer to the book of Pearson Publication
5. For environmental studies, you can refer to EVS, NCERT, or Wiley Publications.
6. For social Science, you can use SST NCERT or Arihant.

No you cannot apply for the B.Ed with no teaching experience
For B.Ed. The eligibility criteria is -
Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Arts/Science/ Social Science/ Commerce with minimum 50% marks or BE/B.Tech with minimum 55% marks with specialisation in Science and Mathematics. Diploma/certificate in Elementary Education is necessary.
