The Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) provides a two-year postgraduate MBA programme in fashion management. The curriculum attempts to give students the abilities and information needed to succeed in the clothing and fashion industries. The MBA programme at ASFT, which has a solid reputation in the field of fashion and textile education, is meant to give students a thorough understanding of the business side of the fashion industry.
Conversely, Amity University, Lucknow offers a wide variety of courses in a number of subjects, including fashion. The university offers an MBA programme with a variety of specializations, including HR, International Business, Marketing & Sales, and more, but it does not have a specific MBA programme in fashion.

The eligibility criteria for PhD course at MIT School of Food Technology is that candidate should have  Master’s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology with prerequisite of four years B.Tech./ Equivalent degree programme, with minimum of 70% of marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 10 – point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).

The candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their Post-Graduate Degree will also be eligible to
appear for the admission process subject to the fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria in the final result thereof.
OR
Candidate seeking admission after a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor’s degree with Research should have a
minimum CGPA of 7.5/10.
NET/JRF /GATE Qualifying students will be preferred.

OR

Candidates who have cleared the M.Phil. course work with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 10-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) or an equivalent degree from a Foreign Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognised or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country to assess, accredit or assure quality and standards of educational institutions, shall be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. programme. (A person whose M.Phil. dissertation has been evaluated and recommended for award of the degree, may be admitted to the Ph.D. programme in any Institution on a provisional basis even before the viva-voice or final defense)
