MS has more value, but you need to clear some exams. Anyway, go for more references and take the further step in your career.

As per eligibility guidelines for pursuing MBA one needs to be a graduate or in absence of graduation have a professional qualification like CA/CS/ICWA. So, if your case you can seek admission based on your professional qualification as a CA.

MBA in finance is certainly a good option for B.Com qualified. CA, CWA or CS can be pursued along with or post B.Com ACCA, CIMA etc. are international certifications. Computerized financing courses such as Tally and Peach are also useful.

There are very few universities offering M.Sc in cosmetology. You can pursue the same from universities Nirma University.
The eligibility for the same is mentioned below:

It's famous for marketing. If you want to go for marketing, go for it.
If you are looking for finance as major or other specialisation like operations, financial engineering, HR, etc. colleges like IFMR and GLIM are also good choices.
