Hi, I really appreciate your thinking. You have really good time of 2years. You can join any classes or you can buy online study course for CAT or any Book and start practicing and solving previous years question papers. Because practice only will help you score more. As you will solve more questions you will understand more and will have more experience. Daily you have to practice at least 1 to 2 hours minimum apart from your regular study schedule. Here are some key points to follow:
Start by creating a realistic schedule of daily work.
Use only the official materials.
Do the practice problems first, then do regular practice testing
GRE prep requires studying vocabulary.
Manhattan is the best book for preparation of GRE.

B.Com is a basic graduation degree. If you are planning to do M.Com or MBA then it will not matter whether you have done your graduation from private or government university. You are recommended to choose best or ranked college for your last degree before job.
