There are many options available for you.
the options you are choosing both are very good. But now it depends on your interest that in which field you want to.
If you are interested in research or education then you should go with M.Sc.
But I want to suggest you that you should do it with IIT's. Because it a great opportunity for you to get admission in IIT's & fulfill your dreams.

But if you want to prepare for Bank PO exam than IBPS PO should be your first step. And for preparation of IBPS PO Recruit you must start your preparation now because there is very high competition in IBPS Exam.
