The TISSNET cutoff for MA in Human Resource Management for various categories varies every year. The cutoff for TISSNET is released on the basis of number of seats, the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, category and difficulty level of the exam. To qualify for the TISSNET 2024 exam candidates are required to meet the cutoff criteria mentioned in the scorecard. The TISSNET 2023 cutoff (previous year) of various categories for MA in HRM programme is as follows:
- General- 63
- Economically Weaker Section- 60
- Scheduled Caste- 54
- Other Backward Class- 58

TISSNET 2024 first merit list for admission to M.A. Programme is announced soon after the Online Assessment round are conducted. The first merit list is expected to release in third week of May 2024 at admissions.tiss.edu. Candidates who will appear for the TISS selection process will be able to check their admission status in the merit list. Candidates must note that appearing for the TISS Online Assessment rounds does not guarantee seats to the candidates at the TISS campus. The TISS Online Assessment round is divided into two stages: Extempore reflection and Personal Interview. The Online Assessment will be conducted for 20-30 minutes.
