As per the TISSNET 2023 analysis, TISSNET English Proficiency section consisted of 30 questions similar to last year. This section was dominated by Fill in the Blanks questions. There were no questions from Analogy, Onw Word Substitution and Idioms. The questions were easy from two Para jumbles. Tjis section also consisted of two reading comprehensions which were a mix of factual and inferential questions. The questions were easy to attempt hence, candidates must have got most of questions answered correct. 20-22 marks in this section was a good score. This section covered the questions from the following areas: Para jumbles, Fill in the Blanks, Summary, Spot the Errors, Synonyms, and Reading Comprehension.

As per the TISSNET 2023 analysis, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning section consisted of total 30 questions. Among the 30 questions, 21 questions were from Reasoning and Quants and nine from Data Interpretation. This section was a sitter and a student who was prepared well could easily solve the questions in this section. Further, the Data Interpretation section consisted of three Sets with three questions in each. The Logical Reasoning consisted of two questions on Directions. As per the experts, 25-26 marks was a good score to qualify this section. The Mathematics and Logical Reasoning covered the following areas: Mensuration Profit, Loss, Discounts, Probability Geometry, Directions, Percentage, Set Theory, Time, Speed, Distance, Numerical Problems, Calendar, Data Interpretation, and miscellaneous problems.

As per the TISSNET 2023 analysis, this section is undoubtedly the toughest section of the question paper. The question paper consisted of 15 questions from Current Affairs. Candidates were able to answer 10-12 questions easily. Whereas, the static GK section was a mixture of sitters ad some tough questions. The General Awareness section consisted of questions from the following areas: Geography, Polity, COVID, Sports, Education, Environment, Business, Culture, Awards, UN Bodies, Economics, Modern History, Crops, Literature, and Technology. As per the analysis, candidates must have attempted the questions with 60-65% accuracy and a score of 22-24 (out of 40) was considered good score.

TISS releases the TISSNET cutoff along with the declaration of results online. Candidates can check the TISSNET cutoff for the programmes they have applied for. TISSNET 2023 result along with the cutoff was released on March 23, 2023 at admissions. Tiss. Edu. Yes, the Tata Institute of Social Sciences releases a separate cutoff for the General Awareness section of TISSNET exam. Only candidates who meet the TISSNET exam cutoff and General Awareness cutoff are shortlisted for the Online Assessment rounds- Extempore and Online Personal Interview . Sectional cut-off for General Awareness (GA) is applied for qualifying the TISSNET. Candidates not scoring the minimum cut-off mark for the General Awareness as below will not be qualified for TISSNET irrespective of the aggregate score. For TISSNET 2023, the GA cutoff was revised due to a revision in the TISSNET answer key. Basis the deletion and revision of the answer key the revised cutoff for TISSNET 2023 General Awareness was:

Candidates will not have to pay any fee for challenging the TISSNET provisional answer key. TISS Mumbai released the TISSNET 2023 provisional answer key on March 03, 2023. Candidates who appeared for the exam could challenge the TISSNET provisional answer key till March 08, 2023. Candidates challenging the answer key could challenge one response per candidate. Aspirant had to submit the valid proof to challenge the answer key. On the basis of the challenges received, authorities releases the final answer key. The TISSNET 2023 final answer key was released on March 21, 2023. With the help of the final answer key candidates could calculate their probable score before the declaration of TISSNET result.

Tata Institute of Social Sciences released the TISSNET 2023 candidate's response sheet after the declaration of results. The response sheet was released on March 29, 2023.
