The full form of TISSNET is Tata Institute of Social Sciences National Entrance Test. This is an Entrance Examination for Candidate's willing to pursue Masters from TISS campuses in Mumbai, Guwahati, Hyderabad and Tuljapur.

Preparing for the TISS entrance test syllabus will not be as tough as you think if you are already preparing for other Management entrance examinations like CAT, XAT or GMAT.
The only thing required is consistency for one month, syllabus is quite similar to other entrance examinations for management programs.
Here are a few things to keep in mind to cover your TISSNET Syllabus in one month :
• Solve the previous year's question papers, there is never a major change in the pattern of questions. You should solve at least past 5 year question papers to be familiar with the time management and question framing strategy

No, there is no specified dress code for TISSNET exam. However it important for candidates to be in appropriate attire at the exam centre. Here are few ecommendations that candidates must follow on the exam day:
- Comfortable clothing to sit for extended houras in the exam centre.
- Avoid clothing with distictive patterns and logos or messages that can distract candidates in exam
- Wear the footwear that allows to move around comfortably
- You appearance on the exam day much match the image on the TISSNET hall ticket.

No, candidates cannot use a digital copy of the TISSNET admit card as an alternative to the hard copy of the hall ticket at the exam centre. The TISSNET hall ticket is a crucial document acting as a confirmation of eligibility to appear for the exam. Officials at the TISSNET exam centre will deny entry in case the candidate has forgotten a hard copy of the hall ticket. Along with the TISSNET admit card, candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam centre. Officials at teh exam centre will verify the details in both documents. If you fail to produce the required documents on TISSNET exam day, Especially TISSNET hall ticket and a valid photo identification document, several consequences may occur:
1. Candidates will be denied from entering the exam centre. Documents are required for verification process conducted by invigilatirs and authorities at the exam centre.
2. Candidates will miss the chance for appearig in TISSNET exam for the applied academic year.
3. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall; hence, they will loose the registration fe. TISSNET registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

TISSNET admit card is an important document that has to be carried on the day of examination. Without the TISSNET admit card, candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.
In case, candidates lose the TISSNET hall ticket before the exam, they must check for the nearby cyber cafe to login and take the print of the TISSNET admit card again. Authorities will not provide the facility of issuing the duplicate TISSNET hall ticket on the day of examination. Candidates are advised to carry the required documents carefully along with the TISSNET admit card.

If a candidate faces technical issue in the computer based test at TISSNET exam centre, he/she must immediately alert the exam invigilator. Candidates are advised to listern to the instructions provided by the instructor carefully. If the technical glitch persists invigilator or staff can help the candidates replace the system. In case of technical glitch at TISSNET exam centre, candidates will be extra time duration to cover up for the time loss.
