No, you cannot join Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology for B.Tech in CSE at 170k rank. This is because, the cutoff in itself is very low. For BTech in CSE, as per Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology cutoff 2024, the last-round stood at 26701. So, it is not possible to get BTech in CSE programme at this institute at 170k rank.

No, not at all, you can get admission to Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology at 150k. As per the Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology cutoff 2024, the Computer and Communication Engineering cutoff was far less than 150k. Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology CCE cutoff 2024 was 41277 for the General AI category candidates. So, it is quite obvious that anyone with a rank of 150k won't get admission at the institute. Candidates need to score a rank below or equal to 41277 to get into Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology.

Yes, one can seek admission into B.E./B.Tech courses of Tamilnadu College of Engineering (TCE) other than through TNEA process. For students seeking to apply under All India quota, the admission is purely based on their performance in national level exams such as JEE Main. This would require applicants to have already registered and obtained a rank under the Tamil Nadu state quota, whereas direct candidates from other states without going through TNEA and applying through the college can take advantage of the eligibility requirements made available by the college.
