The TNEA cutoff for PR Engineering College (PREC), Thanjavur, changes every year depending upon the no. of applicants, the difficulty level of the 12th exams, and the availability of seats. The cutoff value may rise to as high as 150 to 190 marks in the TNEA ranking for more popular engineering streams like Computer Science and Electronics and Mechanical depending upon the demand. In less demanding branches, the cutoff is less. These cutoffs are published after the TNEA counseling process and differ each year. For accurate and the latest cutoff values, check the officially published notifications of TNEA or the college.

Usually, RVS College of Engineering and Technology gives priority to students who apply through TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) for their B.E./B.Tech courses. But if you didn't appear for TNEA, you can still apply through management quota or other entrance exams like JEE Main. In that case, your admission will depend on your entrance exam score and their specific requirements. It's best to check with the college directly for the latest updates and alternatives!
