To prepare for the TSEdCET there are a lot of study materials available in the market as well as online however, it is advised to not get confused and stick to only the best and reliable study materials for the exam. As per experts and toppers, the recommended books for the TSEdCET include "TSEdCET Guide" by V.V.K. Subburaj, "TSEdCET Practice Papers" by Vijeta Competitions Editorial Board, and specific subject textbooks based on candidate's chosen stream. Candidates are also advised to use NCERT books for a strong foundation.

As per the TSEdCET exam pattern, the duration of the TSEdCET exam is 2 hours. During this time, there are a total of 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions of 150 marks that candidates need to answer. The exam will be conducted in computer-based online mode.

The TSEdCET results is declared 20-30 days after the examination is conducted. Candidates will have to check their TSEdCET result 2025 from the official website - edcet.tgche.ac.in by logging in with their credentials. The rank card indicating the score and rank obtained by the candidate will also be made available for download along with the results.

The TGEdCET application form will be made available in March 2026 tentatively. Students meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be able to fill the application form from March 2026, to May 2026. Candidates will be able to fill out the application form from its official website edcet.tgche.ac.in - There is also late fee for candidates who fail to submit the application form during the stipulated time, with late fee the last date. Students are advised to regularly check the official website as well as shiksha.com for updates on the availability of the application form.
