You will, depending on your caste that is if you're not OC open category, or if very less people have Telangana University as target for MBA in counselling. So if you're not OC, then you can get a seat in Telangana University, but there is still a chance of getting seat if you're OC or not, since Telangana University does not fall in the League of top 5 colleges in Telangana.

Yes and No I'm afraid not, but try counselling if you're not OC open category and maybe you can get a seat in either OU or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC. But yours is 460 rank so there might be a better chance of getting a seat in those colleges.

TSICET Counselling dates are June 30 to July 4,2018. TSICET 2018 document/certificate verification dates are July 2 to 4,2018. Option entry to begin from date July 2 to 5,2018
Change of option date July 5,2018.

Yes, you will get a free seat in good colleges through counselling, but not in the top colleges of Telangana.

Relax, you can show your mark sheet along with your admit card, etc., to them. Tell them the truth that certificate (provisional/original) has not been issued to you till now. You can show your certificate to them at the later stage.

MBA courses in Badruka College, the admission for both these courses will be given on the basis of rank that you secure in ICET Exam. If you are a candidate from OC category, you should have to secure a rank of below 500 in ICET to get admission for MBA course and below 1000 rank in ICET to get admission for MCA course in Badruka College. However, if you are a candidate from SC/ST category, even if you get little more rank also, you can get admission for these courses. As relaxation will be there for the candidates of SC/ST category. Once the counselling schedule is announced in prominent newspapers, the candidates will have to attend for registration, verification of certificates and schedule for exercising. Candidates who fail to report for registration and certificates verification will not be considered for allotment of seats in any of the colleges. Regards.
