Residents of on campus accommodation at BITS Pilani Dubai will have the option to dine on both veg and non veg dishes. Moreover, there is also a full-fledged cafeteria providing meals, snacks, soft drinks and hot beverages. There are vending machines for snacks located throughout the premises.

Students with computing needs at BITS Pilani Dubai need not to worry since all 500 computers of various configurations in the campus are linked in the network through CAT6 cabling. All floors in the Main Block, Library, the Mechanical Block, etc. are connected through Fiber Optic cable to the Main Academic block.

Students can commute to and from BITS Pilani Dubai campus easily in a time-effective and cheap manner since the university provides transportation withint Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Although bear in mind a transportation fee has to be paid along with the semester fee and this will vary as per the destination

As per the recent notification, international students can apply for the BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, two times a year. These intakes are named as the February and September intakes. They align well with the academic calendar of Dubai.
The February intake for the BITS Dubai Computer Science program stands closed for 2026 but for the September intake.
