Hi,
IELTS is mandatory to study in UK. You can still check with the universities directly and enquire if they can waive it off. This however may lead to a visa rejection. So, take the IELTS.

Hi Cloyd,
It is difficult. You must meet the admission requirements of the college/program in the UK where you wish to transfer. Also, for legal studies, structures are different here and there plus integrated programs may not be always available abroad including the UK. So, check carefully with the universities and then opt for a transfer.

Hi Botham, 45% is not an acceptable score abroad. Atleast 50% is required. If you want to get into any low ranked college which is not worth and recommended you may check the requirements, deadlines and apply accordingly. Please check UCAS website for applying to UK universities. Which course you can pursue is a your choice, know your interests and career plans. Since your grades are low you may not be eligible for most of the technical programs.

Hi Botham, to study in UK you must take the IELTS. For good universities they require higher IELTS like 6.5 or 7. No other exams are required. You have to apply through UCAS portal before the deadlines. Eligibility is different with different universities. A first class is required for the top ranked colleges but you must check the university websites in details and UCAS website before you apply.

You are advised to do a short-term course on computer hardware maintenance and repair so that you have good hands on exposure on PCB repairs. This knowledge will be helpful in circuit design and its practicals.
