47% would be very low percentage to get admission in UK university. Either you need to do Pre master course in UK to get Master degree in UK or you need to change your study destination.

Please remember as the medium of education in UK universities is english so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
Please note that universities in UK DO NOT require GRE scores.

You have to go to UK and write the entrance exam. You may allowed too write for next academic year as you are too late. You need very high marks to qualify for entrance exam and without extra coaching it is not easy.
