No, ICAR AIEEA is not compulsory for taking admission into BTech courses at UAS Bangalore. The primary accepted entrance exam is KCET. For a few courses, like Agricultural Engineering, the university accepts IACR AIEEA scores also. Students who are seeking admission via KCET must also participate in the subsequent KCET counselling process.

Karnataka KCET is accepted at UAS Bangalore for BTech admissions. For the 2025 session, the exam was conducted on April 16, 2025. The KCET results 2025 were announced on Aug 1, 2025. Students who had appeared for the exam can download their results from the official website of the Karnataka Examinations Authority.

UAS Bangalore is yet to release the last date for applying for BTech admissions. Based on the previous year's schedule, it can be said that the application portal is expected to open in October 2025. Generally, students get a time of one month to fill out the application form. Candidates can also visit the university's official website or admission office to enquire about the exact admission dates.
