The eligibility criteria to get this scholarship are that candidates' must have won prizes/ranks/medals or have represented at the state, national, or international level or have represented games and sports (athletics, etc.). For applying to the BCA course at IMS Ghaziabad, candidates must complete the basic eligibility criteria first; then candidates are required to fill out the application, followed by paying the application fee. IMS Ghaziabad UC Campus does not accept any entrance examination scores for admissions to BCA courses. However, for admissions to BCA courses, the institute accepts the scores of higher senior secondary/Class 12 and releases the merit based on candidates' achieved scores. Candidates who wish to apply for the BCA course must complete Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as subjects are eligible to enroll in the BCA course. However, students from other streams like Commerce and Arts can also apply with a minimum of 55% in their Class 12 grade. Candidates awaiting final year results can also apply. Additionally, the institute considers the merit in the last qualifying exam to shortlist candidates for admission.
