GRE or GMAT scores are not requirements for University of Connecticut graduate admissions. However, some courses may require the GRE, specific GRE Subject Tests, or the GMAT score for admission. GRE and GMAT scores are only valid for five years (from the original test date to submission of the UConn application with the fulfillment of application fee payment).

The University of Connecticut world ranking is dropped by 94 positions from last year. According to QS World University Ranking 2024, Connecticut ranking is 444 while it was ranked 350 in 2023. As per the US News and Times Higher Education, the University of Connecticut ranking is 309 and 401-500 respectively.
