Yes, students can definitely pursue a BPharm degree after completing a DPharma programme at Lucknow University. Usually, when students finish their DPharm diploma, they don't have to start BPharm from the first year. Instead, they can join in the second year of the BPharm course. This is called lateral entry. So, instead of a four-year course, BPharm will only take three years for them. This is a popular way to continue studying because it helps students to learn more and get a higher degree in Pharmacy. Therefore, students can join the BPharm after completing DPharm at LU.
