Application for admission into different courses at the University of Lucknow is usually in May – June. The actual dates are posted in the official University website. Entry requirements for most of the undergraduate programs include the LU-Entrance Test (LUET) or competitive averaged based on some courses. Lucknow University cutoff 2024 has been released for BCom, BCA, BJMC, MBA, MCA and other courses at the UG and PG levels. The University of Lucknow conducts its entrance test called Undergraduate Entrance Test for admission to UG courses. Similarly, for PG courses, admission is based on the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGET).

: No, candidates are not allowed to join the BSc course at Lucknow University directly. The eligibility criteria to get admission to the BSc course are as follows: Candidates must complete Class 12 from the Science stream including PCM/PCB subjects.Admissions to B.Sc courses at Lucknow University is granted on the basis of the UGET entrance examination conducted by the university. The university have not released the recent cutoff for BTech course. However, for the Home State Quota, Lucknow University accepts JEE Main scores followed by the counselling as s per BTech cutoff 2022, the last round closing cutoff stood at 114850 for B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering course. For 2021, Lucknow University last round closing cutoff for BTech CSE was 135662 for the General Home State Quota students. Lucknow University LUMET cutoff 2024 has been released for MBA specialisations. During the Lucknow University MBA cutoff 2024, the last round cutoff was 196 for admission to the MBA course. For MBA in Finance and Accounting, the cutoff stood at 330 for the General AI category students. The LUMET cutoff 2024 for admission to the MBA in Business Analytics course was 699.
