National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is the gateway to several top-notch medical and dental colleges at the undergraduate level. The purpose of NEET is exam is to streamline the process of admission in MBBS and BDS courses. Whole of the admission under these two courses would come under this exam.
So NEET result is not requires for B.Sc admission.

Yes, there are colleges in Mumbai University. Those range between 2-3 Lacs for two years. So, without any hesitation, please keep your preparation ATIT best.

Filmmaking is something which a child can pursue after class 12th. In class 11th, the kid can pursue any stream humanities or commerce. After class 12th, there are many colleges, for example, ZIMA, Asian Academy of Film and Television. But according to me, ZIMA is the right place.
