What kind of degree you have is not clear. Please write the course name along with College/ Department name you have completed. UPSC Civil Services requires a Bachelors degree, not equivalent degree. So please write about the qualification you have obtained from Mumbai University.

Admissions are open for 2020 Batch. There are multiple universities from where you can do 5-year LL.B. IILM University Gurugram offers BBA LL.B. & B.A. LL.B. & LL. M. with Moot Court Internship, Seminar, Workshops, Experiential Learning along with Inter-Disciplinary Curriculum. For more details, you can check their website: https://iilm.edu.in/law-admissions.

The NLUs offer 5 year Integrated LL.B. Programmes like B.A, LL.B., BBA LL.B. and B.Com LL.B. The eligibility criteria of these courses is 10+2 with minimum 50% of marks+CLAT entrance exam. The NLUs does not offers LL.B. Course directly, however NLUs also offering the LL. M. programs for which eligibility criteria is LL.B. So from above you cannot do LL.B. directly from NLUs. You have to enter here after 12th for integrated LL.B. courses through the CLAT entrance exam.
