Yes, University of Mumbai, Fort Campus has mass communication and media studies course. Some of them are-
1. B.A in Film, TV and New Media Programme
2. Certificate course in Radio jockeying
3. M.A in entertainment, Media & Advertising

The full time course starts in the month of June, for which admissions start in the month of mid may. You need to be a graduate in psychology to be able to apply. There is no entrance test but selection is done on merit basis.

Here is the eligibility for this course:-
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) with minimum 50% marks. However, whenever stipulation by MHRD/UGC/Statutory Authority is higher than 50% the stipulated % shall be followed B.Sc final year appeared candidates may also apply provided they have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in I & II- year B.Sc exam.
Candidates should not hold any other job during the period of training, or join any other training program

If you want to take admission for junior college or degree just go and visit the college you wish to join, but remember your choice is not enough to GET admission but also your merit. From the past few years admissions are online, so you will have to do it online.
