Choosing between DYPBBI and Amity depends heavily on your individual goals. DYPBBI excels in industry exposure with internships, renowned faculty, and diverse specializations like molecular biology. It boasts good placements but requires hard work and higher fees. Amity offers a wider range of specializations, a spacious campus, and an established reputation. However, class sizes might be larger, industry focus might be weaker, and placement data less accessible.

The Department of Atomic Energy and the University of Mumbai founded it in 2007. A five-year integrated MSc program in basic sciences is provided by CEBS, which combines undergraduate instruction with postgraduate study and research.

Students seeking admission to CEBS have to appear for a National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) that is conducted at a large number of centers in India. NEST is a common screening test for both CEBS and the sister organization, NISER, Bhubaneswar. Selected students are called for counseling and admission to CEBS.
