The eligibility criteria for the BA LLB (Hons.) programme at UPES School of Law are as follows:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in Higher & Senior Secondary (10th & 12th)
- Candidates with a CLAT AIR ranking up to 15000 or an L-SAT India percentile of 60 percentile or above will be exempted from appearing in ULSAT (UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test)

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at UPES School of Advanced Engineering are:

All students who have applied for admission for UG courses except Global Pathway Program (GPP) and have taken the Class 12 CBSE board/ ICSE board or any state board exam (mentioned under “COBSE”) shall be eligible for consideration for this scholarship. However, this scholarship will be awarded only to those students who have complied with below defined scholarship criteria for the first year and subsequent renewal, if applicable. Scholarships will be available for limited seats only.
