Candidates who have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with relevant subjects and secured at least 50% aggregate are eligible for admission. The eligible students can visit the UPES website to register and apply. For the selection in the course, applicants' CUET/SAT scores are considered. The shortlisted candidates are further required to take part in the interview round. Selected students can then pay the admission fee amount for seat confirmation.

The eligibility criteria required for admission to BBA at UPES School of Business require candidates to complete their Class 12 and have a minimum score of 50%. The university accepts CUET/ UGAT/ UPESMET/ UPESMET UG scores for admission to BBA courses. Hence, firstly the applicants must qualify for the basic education qualification and then they have to submit the scores of these mentioned entrance examinations to get a seat in the programme.

Candidate must have a minimum 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics combined in class XII to fill the UPESEAT 2025 application form. In case of direct admission candidates should have a score above 80% in class XII in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics combined.

A pass in plus two or other equivalent examinations.

BBA course eligibility criteria 

Students must have to satisfy the following criteria if they want to pursue BBA.  

  • Students who have successfully completed the 12th standard in any stream can pursue BBA.  
  • The applicant must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in their board examination. 
  • Those who are awaiting their 12th result can also apply.

The overall cutoff percentile for MAT is 70. University do not offer management quota unlike other private universities.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at UPES School of Advanced Engineering are:

  • Minimum 50% marks in Class 10 and 12 board exams.
  • Minimum 50% marks in Physics,  Chemistry,  and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12.
