Your chances for a job in government sector are widely open for you, so if your hobby is in teaching then go for B.Ed and to be on upper level teacher such as PGT or professor go for M.Sc then B.Ed. So if you ask me to choose better for you then it would be M.Sc then B.Ed.

There are no shortcuts. But if you want to clear in first attempts, you need three things:
1. Three years of hard work
2. Complete dedication but still give yourself time to take your mind off, too much study might make you forget everything.
3. Luck. At the end or depends on by whom and how your papers will be evaluated.

All you have to do is manage your time likewise. You should maintain a balance between both of them. Pay proper attention to the course curriculum in the college and invest rest of the time in the IAS preparations. If you are taking coaching for that, then it might be more difficult because of the timings. Try if you can adjust without them or try to get into weekend courses. This might be exhausting times of your life, but believe me, the result will be as good.
