Yes, after completion of your graduation degree, you are eligible for UPSC exam. Apply for UPSC Civil services examination. This examination is Conducted by UPSC. Every year and to apply for this examination it required graduation passed out.

Hello Manish, Yes, of course Any graduate is eligible to appear for the exam that is conducted by UPSC. Normally speaking the ads are released in April. But you can keep tab on website of UPSC to know in detail the procedure as well as criteria. Best wishes.

Hello,Students in their final year of their graduation can also apply for the JAM Exam. So, you can apply for the JAM Exam that will be starting from 01st September 2018. But you need to submit all your documents by 30th September 2018. Click here http://bit.ly/2LDciKV to know the complete details for IIT JAM. IIT JAM 2019 Exam will be conducted on 10th February 2019. UPSC exams that require graduation as a criteria will recognize the graduation degree if it from a recognised University. There more than 800 recognized universities in India. It would be easier if you searched for the college itself and check its affiliation.
