Beginners should ideally get at least 10 12 months before the UPSC prelims exam for preparation. You can comprehensively cover the syllabus and have enough test practice only then. IGNOU Courses 2023 - There are hundreds of IGNOU 2023 courses offered by the Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU ranging from Certificate courses to doctoral programs.
