Hello dear, Candidates belonging to General category and OBC (creamy layer) must have attained the age of 21 on 1st August of the year of the Exam. SO depend on which month your birth date is. If it's after August then you can start your prep in 2024 else 2025 but you can start learning about what UPSC is all about by practising small quiz, assignment, checking UPSC format, going through free videos at this moment only. Hi,
I am sorry to hear that, but let me tell you one thing, it's okay. You are still eligible for UPSC if you meet their knowledge requirement. Marks and scars are natural. Your outlook isn't considered this way, but you surely have to maintain a formal dress code if you want to work in the UPSC section.
