Blue Whale Academy is the educational partner of DY Patil University ( School of open and distance learning ) for conducting courses to prepare the students who aspire for University bachelor degree in Management in different streams such as Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation and general B.B.A.
So Blue whale is not a college or neither an University, Because both of these status required affiliation and UGC approval respectively. Yes it is compulsory to clear the UPSC exams without giving this exam you are not be able to became an IAS OFFICER. HOWEVER, IF WE WANT TO BE AN DOCTOR WE HAVE TO CLEAR THE MBBS EXAM WITHOUT GIVING IT WE ARE NOT BE ABLE TO BECAME AN DOCTOR. IN THIS WAY UPSC IS THE ONLY PATH WHICH WILL MAKE YOU THE IAS OFFICER.
