Hello! Ravi, Glad to see your dedication. The question you asked is showing that you want a dummy college only for degree, as you need to prepare for UPSC. So, you see there are plenty of colleges that offer dummy degrees but this condition of giving all exams in last year is probably not possible because Universities make exams in a certain pattern and process. So in this situation, what you can do is you can go for OPEN UNIVERSITY, Universities that provide degree only with you being present at time of exam and no mandatory attendance. Aircraft maintenance engineering is not a degree or a Diploma course, but a training programme. On completion of the training, a license is issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). And it should not be considered a valid graduation degree.

No, it is not compulsory. GPSC exam for class 1 and 2is in both the mediums Gujarati and English, any graduate can appear for the exam. GPSC exams are conducted by the Gujarat Public Service Commission. GPSC conducts various recruitment examinations for Class I, II and III vacancies in the Gujarat State Administration. You can prepare in a better and systematic way if you join classes for GPSC as it includes vast course and systematic approach to proceed.
