UPSC CSE require graduation in any discipline so you can pursue any course which you want to make as a back up plan. Or you can choose arts that will enhance your gs subjects.

The Combined Defence Services CDS is the examination for recruitment into Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy.
